It's a simple video lasting for about two minutes and has that crappy quality of CCTV videos everywhere. There's a little date and time counter on the one corner reading 'May 01 2017' with the clock ticking along from 12:02 to 12:04. It starts from the nearby streetlights, focusing on traffic, then zooming up to look at where the Retrospec building is suppose to be and showing nothing. No building. No anything to show that a building is there. Then it fizzes out. ]
