Text will inform her that we've got an appointment for 4:30 PM. Short notice and we did call in around noon, soo...... that's what she's got. ]

[Well! Elizabeth will just go right ahead and buy a few ingredients, then hurry on over to Elda's home, knocking on the door. There's plenty of time before the spa appointment, so she isn't worried about the time to cook what she's brought.]

[ She's running haphazardly - they are only back for one day after all - but Elda's smiling as she gets the door opening to her... as usual, dark red lighting house. Her sunglasses are off so she winces to open to the sunlight outside, but the other woman's welcomed in easily. her NPC son is still around somewhere, but given her new plans Toushiro's likely used this chance to escape ]

[Elizabeth smiles brightly, holding up her grocery bag.]

I brought ingredients for a quiche! You don't mind me borrowing your kitchen for it, do you?

Oh no, not at all! We were making our own food, after all.

[ Come in, come in, she did lead her to the kitchen before, so she'll close the door behind them, grinning. As usual, all the curtains are drawn up. ... The vibe of the manor is pretty spooky. ]

It's a shame your eyes are so sensitive, since your home is so elegant. Will you be alright with the kitchen lights on?

No, no, I'll be fine. The lights there are red too, but we have some normal white light as well. Colors matter sometimes in the kitchen, after all.

[ Nod, nod. There's a lamp or three there for it. ]

[Well! Bris will unpack her ingredients, all fresh from the farmer's market, and start rummaging through the cabinets for the kitchenware.]

It's all such a rush since it's only one day, but I think my kids are all grateful that I'm not bothering them right now.

[And for once she doesn't feel pressured or worried.]

I came back and straight up smothered Toushiro for a few hours, as much as allowed. I think he's appreciative for me being out of the house a little after this though.

Kamui only seems to let me hug him once he's gotten me to cry, it's such a pain!

And Katsuki is no better, but at least he isn't prone to disappearing!

Hah! Yeah, that's awful of 'em. I don't know if either of my boys are that bad, but my strength might be a factor in that.

Katsuki won't get physical with me but he's like a shrieking cat, he certainly won't let me hear the end of it.

My boys are such a headache.

[ I mean, sounds like it. But she shouldn't agree too much because you shouldn't insult someone else's kids. That said... ]

Yes, very... I defend them a lot, and they do have a lot of good in them, but sometimes I just want to vent about them. I should've had at least one daughter!

Wouldn't that be convenient if that could be controlled?

[ . . . Elda your kids are adopted it literally could be in your case but shhhhh. Oh well, this is Elizabeth's venting time. ]

No kidding! I would've had one son and three daughters.

[She's laughing at the idea. Oh well. She starts beating and whisking the eggs with a fork.]

But then you'd probably end up complaining about the issues daughters bring. Neither of us know 'em, right?
