The ones I've seen have all been rather fascinating, if a bit dubious in a lot of ways.
That incredibly Soviet man you saw was one of the people who could do it, incidentally. I wrote notes on it after the fact, back then, but they boiled down to a somewhat pretentious "Well, that told me more about Sergei than I'm comfortable knowing."
God, no. Sergei died long before I developed Uroboros, if I have the timeline right, and even if I don't I certainly wouldn't have given it to him. With my luck he would have survived it, and no one needs that.
...Rather, in what's possibly the least comforting news I've had to offer someone all day, I think everything had potential to do that. I made a giant out of Las Plagas and something like four people once. So it's not just the viruses, it's everything.
You know for as sobering and terrifying those memories are when you look at the whole picture there's also a lot of nonsense involved too, isn't there? It's sort of like how in mine there's people with purple and green hair despite everything.
why the hell do you get to have all the fun when you're not dealing with everyone dying]
Oh, absolutely. I fully acknowledge that mine are...highly nonsensical, to be generous. The last fight I remember took place in a volcano. I believe my former subordinate punched a boulder out of his way despite not having any powers to his name. There was nothing about it that wasn't the stupidest thing I've ever seen.
...The boulder-punching former subordinate was the one who compared me to a comic book villain, incidentally.

Okay Albert I cannot believe I am asking this, but did you used to be opposed by men and women in spandex? Was it some superhero world?

I don't know why we're expecting the laws of thermodynamics to work properly, but I can assure you that they did not.
